FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $500!

 We now offer free standard shipping to Canada and the contiguous United States (excepting Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders over $500.

Shipping Options

Our orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground or Canada Post. However, we will work with multiple carriers to provide you with an optimal shipping solution. When shipping to the US and internationally, there is a standard brokerage fee added to your shipping cost. If you prefer expedited shipping as opposed to the standard ground shipping, please note your preferred service when placing your order. We can alo ship by Fedex, Purolator, DHL and TNT.

If you would instead like the order shipped under your own account with a shipping carrier, please email sales@ward-beck.com with your shipping account information.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will vary based on the destination, size and weight of the item(s) ordered. You can estimate shipping charges when placing your order, in order to choose an optimal service. Orders shipped to the US and internationally will include a standard brokerage fee for customs clearance. Once again, if you would like shipping and brokerage arranged on your own shipping account(s), please email sales@ward-beck.com. If you would like to pick up your order in person, rather than have it shipped out, please email sales@ward-beck.com.

Pricing & Payment

Taxes will be charged on all Canadian orders. Taxes will be charged in accordance to the tax rates and regulations of each province, as seen in the chart below.

There will be no tax charged on orders to the US or internationally. If you are a dealer or customer who is on Net 30 terms with us, and would like to pay via PO or cheque, please email sales@ward-beck.com directly with your order.

Delivery & Lead Times

Orders that are in stock will ship same day or next day. If an order is not in stock, we will notify the customer of an estimated ship date. Orders will be delivered complete unless the customer authorizes separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply. We will notify the customer promptly of manufacturing or distribution delays, but cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Coupons & Promotions

Take advantage of our coupons and promotional events! We hold promotions throughout the year, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day sales. During these promotional events, the discounted pricing will be shown directly on the website for products on sale, and will be automatically applied to your checkout. If you have a promotional coupon that you would like to make use of, you can apply the coupon during checkout. Simply input the coupon code under the field marked "Discount Codes", and click "Apply Coupon".

If you are a returning customer and would like to view the best pricing available to you, please notify us at sales@ward-beck.com. To expedite this process, please create an account for yourself on the website, using your company email. After creating the account, please email us with your name, email and company name, and we will configure your account to show the best pricing available to you.

Tracking your order

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation will be sent to you. Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number of the shipment for the order, as well as the shipping carrier used. Orders for units in stock will be shipped out either same day or next day by the best method, unless otherwise specified.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, please contact sales@ward-beck.com with your return request. We generally charge a 25% restocking fee.
