Description

The MF104 frame delivers modular solutions for the distribution, conversion and processing of digital and analog audio and video signals. It occupies one vertical unit of rack mount space and houses four Serialboxx cards, in any combination, and a single power supply unit. BNC connectors on the rear panel serve to connect video and unbalanced AES signals to the frame. TB101, TB102 and TB103 Phoenix screw terminal assemblies are available for balanced AES and analog audio signals. These mount in the position directly behind the slot that the card is plugged into. The MF104 is equipped with nine (9) BNC connectors for each card slot. Headers on the back plane board facilitate installation of the TB101, TB102 and TB103 assemblies. The MF104 frame comes equipped with a integral power supply. Due to space limitations, power supply redundancy is not available in the MF104 frame. The switchmode supply will operate with 115 V/60 Hz or 230 V/50 Hz AC mains without any special setup.
